My Story

Doula | Specializing in Twins

Originally from Quebec, Nova Scotia became my home in 2012 when I explored the province for post secondary education. I knew almost immediately that Nova Scotia would be my home.

So...

Who am I? Well, I never truly knew how to answer that until recently. It took me WAY too many years to come to the realization that Doula-ing is a passion of mine. In fact, I had you asked me 3 years ago what my passions are, I wouldn't have known how to answer that question.

Today, I can answer that question! I am a local Doula, in Elmsdale, who finally came to realize that has been supporting families since the age of 12 without even knowing I was actually 'Doula-ing'.

I was the 12 year old who would watch younger kids so that parents could go grab some groceries. I always loved doing their dishes so they'd come home to an empty sink & happy, cared for, kiddos.

When my older friends were pregnant, I would love going to visit the baby but making a meal for all of us while I was there. Snuggled the babies while my friends would nap/shower.

Fast forward, 2020 comes around and I am expecting twins. I would spend hours... I mean hours.. researching everything pregnancy & parenting.

See the common theme.. lol

After having my own Doula, it became pretty clear that Doula-ing was interesting to me. I jumped in, paid for the doula course, and I have never looked back. I love supporting families, whoever you are, with no bias. I come to you, meet you and support you in whatever way it makes sense to you. Your journey is not mine, I am joining you to support and not to tell you what to do.

That is me.. I would love to join your own beautiful chaotic journey!
