Postpartum Doula Services
My doula services include:
Infant Care
Care including soothing, feeding, diapering, entertaining and bathing your little human while you get some well-deserved time to do things you want/need to do.
Birther Care
Birth debrief and help processing. Allowing you to shower, nap, decompress (Reading, scrolling, bathing) and more while your babies are within proximity and fully being cared for.
Parenting Strategies
We can discuss any challenges and concerns you're facing and explore possible options if you are looking for suggestions. We can chat about what is working for you and how to apply it in different contexts. Additionally, I have a comprehensive list of local resources that you can reach out to for specific support.
House Upkeeping
One of the most requested tasks I complete during a postpartum shift. This is specific to your needs on that day. Tasks you can expect and request are bottle/pump cleaning, sanitization, preparing formula and/or bottles for the night ahead, cleaning dishes, putting them away, tidying up the counters, sweeping, mopping floors, doing laundry and folding clothes.
Meal & Ingredient Preparation
I can prepare any food you may want for the day or week. Meal prep ensures you and your family have access to nutritious food readily, rather than last-minute quick meals. I have my food handlers certification to ensure everything is handled with care and safety for your family.
Sibling Care
While you care for yourself, I will not only care for your new baby but I will also play with your other children, keeping them busy by going for a walk, playing in your backyard or playing quietly in a room. I will even handle bedtime/naptime routines (especially helpful when recovering from cesarean sections) . We offer a wide range of services to support our patients throughout their pregnancy journey, including prenatal care, high-risk pregnancy management, ultrasound, and more.

Postpartum Shifts
My support hours:
Daytime
Each shift is a minimum of 3 hours
8am - 9pm
Overnight
Overnight bookings are a minimum of 6 hours
9pm - 6am
Bundle & Save
Bundle commitment allows you to access doula services at a discounted rate.
18 hour bundle - $612
(6x 3 hour visits/3 weeks of support twice a week)
27 hour bundle - $890
(9x 3 hour visits/3 weeks of support three times a week)
45 hour bundle - $1440
(15x 3 hour visits)
**A minimum of 3 hours of doula support must be booked per visit**
50% of the bundle cost is required at time of contract signing.
When choosing the bundle & save option, you are committing to the full cost of the contract.
